Which carrier is delivering my order?
- We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as fast as possible. You can see which carrier(s) will deliver your order when you track your package(s). Please note, if you order multiple items, you may have multiple deliveries and multiple carriers.
How long will it take to get my order?
- During checkout, we’ll provide an estimated delivery date for every item in your bag based on your shipping selection, the delivery address, and where the item(s) ship from. We do our best to deliver your items on this date, but occasionally your items may arrive before or after the estimated delivery date. When your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package(s).

Here are the costs for each of the options we offer:
No Rush Shipping
- ST Members: Free for orders of $50 or more, $5 for orders less than $50
- Guests: Free for orders of $75 or more, $7 for orders less than $75
Standard Shipping
- ST Members: Free for orders of $50 or more, $5 for orders less than $50
- Guests: Free for orders of $75 or more, $8 for orders less than $75
Expedited Shipping
- ST Members: $15
- Guests: $20
Express Shipping
- ST Members: $25
- Guests: $30
Expedited and express shipping may not be available for all orders.
