Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume drops, sales, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3–7 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to select countries.
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Any additional fees charged by the destination country
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Sacred Threads is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office
- Contact the carrier directly

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately before the order ships.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
