RETURN PRODUCTS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you made an online purchase within 30 days from the delivery date, and have unworn merchandise with all original tags attached, click the returns button to get started. Note, all 50% off sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Our refund and returns policy last’s 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
SACRED THREADS RETURN
Items purchased from SacredThreads eCommerce sites (sacredthreads.us or sacredthreads.ca) can be returned within 30 days of shipment, provided they are unwashed, unworn, and in new condition with all original tags and components intact. Sale items from the SALE category are final and not eligible for return. To return online purchases, go to returns to initiate the process. A valid return authorization issued within 30 days of receiving the product is required for all returns. Refunds will be processed in the original payment method. GIFTS RETURN
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
