Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- The item must not be damaged, stained, or washed
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer exchanges (subject to stock availability).

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right.
