Returns & Exchanges

We want every piece to feel right. If something isn’t working, here’s how we’ve got you.

Return window
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. We can’t accept items with signs of wear, marks, or odors.

How to start a return
Email customercare@sacredthreads.us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll send return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless the item was defective or incorrect).

Exchanges (size swaps)
Need a different size? Start a return for the original and place a new order for the size you want — this is the fastest way to get the right fit before a piece sells out.

Final sale
Because our drops are limited runs, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked Sale or Final Sale
  • Accessories (for hygiene reasons, where applicable)

Defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email customercare@sacredthreads.us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
