Where we ship
We currently ship across the United States and Canada.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During drops, launches, and holidays, processing may take a little longer — we’ll always email you when your order is on the move.

Shipping rates & delivery

Delivery estimates are after processing and aren’t guaranteed — carrier delays can happen.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder).

Customs & duties (Canada)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by your country. These are not included at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, delayed, or stuck packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7+ business days, email us at customercare@sacredthreads.us email and we’ll chase it down with the carrier.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not able to reroute or refund orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
